A grilled salmon filet served over buttery mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts with an herb crème fraîche sauce.
Stewed in a tomato broth with onions, carrots, celery, and cabbage. Served over a root vegetable hash.
Spinach and chickpeas stewed in a hearty sauce of onions and tomatoes. Served over paprika roasted sweet potatoes.
Caramel crème brûlée topped with a caramelized sugar crust and topped with roasted pecans.
Fudge brownie topped with a house-made vanilla ice cream, candied walnuts, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce.
